Residential Terms and Conditions
Edited May 2026
Please note that in the event of inclement weather on your regularly scheduled service date, services may be rescheduled to the preceding day or reattempted within two (2) business days. Certain jobs and/or services may be postponed to a later date due to severe weather conditions or prolonged rainfall.
Service Rescheduling and Cancellations
If the client requires a scheduled service to be rescheduled for any reason, the client must provide Walker’s ELC & Landscaping with a minimum of two (2) days’ notice prior to the scheduled service date. Failure to provide the required notice may result in Walker’s ELC & Landscaping charging the full cost of the scheduled service.
To cancel recurring services, the client must provide a minimum of two (2) weeks’ written notice to Walker’s ELC & Landscaping.
Property Construction and Changes
If the client undertakes any on-site construction, landscaping modifications, or other property changes that differ from the conditions present at the time of the original estimate, Walker’s ELC & Landscaping reserves the right to adjust service pricing accordingly and/or terminate services if such changes significantly impact service performance, including but not limited to increased completion time or restricted property access.
Overdue Invoices
Invoices are due within fifteen (15) days from the invoice issue date. Any overdue invoice may result in suspension of services until payment is received in full. If payment remains outstanding for more than thirty (30) days from the invoice issue date, and Walker’s ELC & Landscaping has made a minimum of three (3) attempts to contact the Client by email regarding the outstanding balance, this Agreement may be terminated and legal action may be pursued. These terms also apply where the Client has prepaid for a seasonal package but maintains an overdue balance for any additional services rendered. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances. Invoices overdue by more than thirty (30) days are subject to a late fee of $20.00 for each additional thirty (30) day period the balance remains unpaid.
Prepaid Season Packages
This section applies only to prepaid seasonal service packages.
If the client has purchased and prepaid for a discounted Seasonal Package at the commencement of an agreement, the client may reschedule and/or cancel an individual scheduled service without incurring a cancellation fee.
However, by purchasing a Prepaid Seasonal Package, the client agrees to a full-season commitment. If the client requests termination of the Prepaid Seasonal Package at any time during the active contract term, no refund will be issued for any remaining unused services. Refunds for future scheduled services will only be provided if Walker’s ELC & Landscaping elects to terminate this Agreement for any reason.
